Bean and tomato salad


4 portions, 1 portion 

240g canned white beans in tomato sauce.

4 tomatoes

2 peppers

1-2 red onions

3tsp oliive oil,

freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon

chopped dill and parsley, lemon pepper, salt


  1. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions.

  2. Add the canned beans and chopped herbs.

  3. Sprinkle over with mixed oliive oli and lemon juice.

  4. Season with lemon pepper (add salt if necessary).

  5. Enjoy!
