Chicken fillet in orange marinade

4 servings; 1 serving  

4 x 130 g chicken breast fillet 

Marinade:
2 oranges  
2 tbsp oil   
4 tsp chicken flavoring  
1 tbsp grated ginger
ground black pepper
100 ml pineapple juice 
1 tbsp runny honey         
½ lemon
Cover:
1-2 tsp general flavoring with pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash oranges with brush, grate one of them. Squeeze the juice of both oranges into a bowl or plastic bag. Add oil, flavoring, pineapple juice and honey to orange juice.

2. Slice half a lemon and add slices to the marinade.

3. Put chicken fillets into the marinade and either place a lid on the bowl or close the plastic bag. Make sure the marinade is evenly distributed and covers the chicken fillets. Leave to stand for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.

4. Grill fillets from both sides, total of 15 minutes. Flavor with pepper-herb flavoring only when serving.
