3. When eating less food, pay extra attention to the "plate" rule - half of the plate should be vegetables, one quarter potatoes, rice or pasta, and the rest fish or meat.

5. Water flushes out toxins that are released in the slimming process and helps maintain good digestion. You should drink 8 glasses of water every day, if desired 4 glasses can be replaced with tea and/or coffee. 

6. Fats are burned when muscles work. Therefore exercise every day at least 30 minutes.
