Potato tortilla

4 servings;  1 serving 


8 middle size potatoes

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

4 tsp oil

200 g frozen peas

6 eggs



100 g no fat curd cheese

150 g natural yoghurt

chive or green onion


  1. Cut boiled potatoes to pieces, chop onions and garlic.

  2. Fry potatoes, onion and garlic with oil. 

  3. Add frozen peas. 

  4. Beat eggs, flavor with salt and pepper and pour over potato mix. 

  5. Let bottom half turn into nice brown color. 

  6. Then place tortilla into 200C oven and let it bake for 20 minutes.

  7. For sauce mix curd cheese with yoghurt, flavor with salt and pepper, add chopped chives or green onion. 

  8. Serve tortilla with curd-yoghurt sauce. Enjoy!
