Warm shrimp salad
Ireland's rich warm shrimp salad is just what you need during cold periods.
2 portions, 1portion
2 tsp of olive oil
450g frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot)
100g frozen shrimps
Juice of half a lemon
Cut the peppers into stripes.
Heat the oil on wokpan.
Wok pepper stripes and frozen vegetables 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, add shrimps, add lemon juice, wok 2 more minutes.
Sprinkle over with fresh chopped dill.
